Dahlia is getting ready for her dance recital.  It's on the 7th.  They are doing a hula dance for ballet and a Cuban dance for tap.  I should have some pictures of her in her costumes early next week.  She has her preschool packets in and we will be starting those in the middle of May.  She is so excited.

Darby is crawling and she can pull herself up to stand.  It shouldn't be long before she is walking.  She babbling more and trying to get some words out.  She is the snuggliest baby there ever was.  I call her a koala bear because of the way she clings to you when you hold her.

Beau is working with Casey (his brother) and reallly likes his job.  He works a lot and tries to stay busy when he's not working.  He's buying an old Firebird from Chad (my brother) and they spent a couple weekends working on it together.

I'm trying to get ready for finals.  I take the last one in the middle of May then I'm off for the summer.  This semester hasn't been great so I'm really looking forward to the break.  Both the girls and school keep me on my toes and we stay pretty busy.

My brother is looking for some land and we are going to buy some off of him.  It will be out in the country and we will be buying a trailer or manufactured home to live in while we fix it all up and are able to build a house.  We are so excited and it's about all we talk about right now.  I can't wait to have a yard for the girls to play in.  I'm also glad to be rid of people living below us.  Apartment life gets really old.  Beau can't wait to start a garden and just work on the property and house every weekend.

I think I've gotten you all caught up.  I'll try to post at least once a week to let y'all know what we are up to.  I will also come here at least once every day or two to respond to any comments or questions.  Please post comments and let me know what you are up to.
